Pastel organic
Inspired by the small life forms in my garden. Moss had formed on the side of a brick and then carefully transferred into the studio. Polka dot plant (hypoestes phyllostachya) and other mossy forms where added.

Digital not analogue
I love the idea of analogue cameras. Soviet, German and Japanese machines. Oh the film and engineering, the quirks and the grain, I love it all, but I can’t. I’ve tried and failed many 35mm rolls of film. So it’s digital pretending to be analogue.

Light and Memory
The Animation Sequence Project is a sort of animation test where you start with a 250x250px square in the center of the screen and then you have 10 seconds to have the same square in the middle of the frame. This ones pretty old now, but I like it and I think it still holds up after all these years. Sound on.

Shadow fall
Inspired by experimentation, this mini-project again like so many of my artworks was put together with things lying around the house. Really a kind of science experiment where you had to work really fast to get the footage. Fish tank, paint, some creative editing and some sound design.
