We see the future through predictive, Ai driven, behaviorial modelling of network data to proactively assist our users, diagnose and troubleshoot and simplify the interaction of an increasingly complex digital landscape.
The purpose of the app is to assist home broadband internet users to diagnose, manage and optimise their home network experience. The app allows a user to setup their Optus modem, run a series of tests to provide a health check of the home network, view connected devices as well as WiFi signal strength and how they are connected. In addition, modem settings allow you to restart the modem and manage WiFi usernames and passwords.

The squad was formed to develop a new app to support the onboarding and management of various modems as well as support for the 1st and 2nd generation Nokia 5G modems. A very technical role that required app to interface with hardware via a 3rd party SDK. Working closely with iOS and Android engineers to develop a truly unique app. Lottie SVG animation was used for all NBN set-up guides as well as onboarding for the 5G tower location. I created detailed user interfaces with design specifications, ran user testing sessions, field tested the app with 5G technicians and customers. Former Optus CEO, Allen Lew was so impressed, that the 5G onboarding and tower locator was presented to Singtel leadership in Singapore.
